1. Julia ，可以自我介紹一下嗎?
A “Third Culture Kid”, I grew up in Kazakhstan and Germany, went to high school in Chile, worked in Australia, studied in The Netherlands and strated my professional career in Kenya, where I lived for 4 years. In my globetrotting life, I have travelled to over 50 countries and grew up to become an eternal optimist, an endlessly curious mind, a creative thinker and doer. There’s nothing I enjoy more than getting to know new places, making new friends from different backgrounds and cultures, learning new languages and generally taking the road less travelled. Currently I am a Master Student at Stockholm School of Economics, graduating this June in Business & Management, specialized in Media & Marketing. I derive inspiration from all sorts of things and see magic in the most unlikely places.
Sweden is a fantastic country which has a great reputation worldwide in terms of quality of life, education and innovation. The country also has a very rich history and wonderful people. My fiancé is a Swede and so I have been travelling to Sweden every year for the past 7 years, enjoying summer roadtrips through most of the country. That’s when I developed my deep love-affair with Stockholm – still one of the most beautiful cities I have ever seen.
Further, Stockholm School of Economics is an well-renowned institution with great reviews and inspirational faculty and alumni. The great reputation of the school had reached me even before I decided to do a master degree. So once I had set my mind on going back to ‘school’, I knew exactly where I wanted to go and luckily SSE accepted me.
